We are a simple company with an all local team. The president himself is an Orlando native who has seen it grow from the day the famous mouse house opened. We know the town, roads, people, and businesses. We can help find the deals and lead your guests to some of the fun places, great food, and experiences of their lives; many they may not have known about.

What if there are damages to my property

Let’s face it. Stuff breaks or wears out. That’s part of being a property owner. But at Formosa your pains are lessened by our three-point assessment of the damage and assignment of costs.

• Guest broke it. – If the damage is caused by abuse or neglectful actions of the guest, we will ensure it is properly documented and photographed to secure replacement or repair at no cost to you. They broke it, they need to pay for it.
• Guest accidentally damages it – Formosa Homes ensures the repair or replacement via an in-house damage waiver policy. We complete the forms, we purchase or secure the repair. You just relax knowing it has all been handled to be ready for the next guest.
• You do pay for some as an owner. If there is normal wear and tear, that’s when you will be asked to make replacement. We will handle the effort to complete it unless you prefer to do it yourself.

No matter the responsibility for the payment, we will ensure the materials are obtained at cost whenever possible. That keeps more of your money in your pocket. There will be no mark-up for the materials to repair or replace an item in your rental home.
