Is there a monthly amount I must keep in reserves? Yes, however this is minimal and is intended to be simply funds available to replace towels, linens, minimal cost repair and so on. If there is a large expense item, for example the HVAC needs to be replaced, we will contact you first for approval of a quote obtained. This is because the amount in reserve is typically just a few hundred dollars.
