At Formosa Homes, we don’t just put in a little bleach or a tablet – we pump the drain line clear every month with the filter change service at no additional cost to you. In addition, we use pleated air filters and not a mesh type filter which serves little purpose. AC’s are expensive, maintenance keeps them efficient and operating.

Formosa provides two local customer service offices guests can visit for information, attraction bookings, and more. In addition, if guests have an issue after-hours or even in-hours, they are free to call 24/7 and obtain the help they need. That means, they won’t be calling you while you are relaxing and enjoying life.
